TCORE’s mission is to provide trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and other members of the LGBTQ+ community access to competent, accessible healthcare and opportunities to succeed. From HIV screenings to assistance with enrolling in college courses, TCORE is here to help. We proudly offer harm reduction services in conjunction with the COPE center to meet folks where they are. All of these services come at no cost to you, including free condoms, HIV/STI screenings, supportive PrEP and PEP referrals, and assistance finding LGBTQ+ support groups.

The mission of Fenway Health is to enhance the well-being of the LGBTQIA+ community and all people in our neighborhoods and beyond through access to the highest quality health care, education, research and advocacy.

The Sidney Borum, Jr. Health Center, affectionately known as the Borum, is a program of Fenway Health that provides safe, non-judgmental care for young people ages 12–29 who may not feel comfortable going anywhere else. No one is turned away – we’ll do whatever it takes to help you.

The Triangle Partial Hospitalization Program at HRI Hospital provides treatment to LGBTQ-identifying people, 18 years of age and older. This level of care involves group therapy, individual therapy, medication management, family education and case management. See website for more information.

Inclusive and specialized mental health services for LGBTQ+ youth and families across Massachusetts. Offers outpatient individual therapy, in-home therapy, in-home behavioral services, therapeutic mentoring.

We are a group of parents, families, friends, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people. We help change attitudes and create an environment of understanding so that our LGBTQ family members and friends can live in a world that is safe and inclusive. We accomplish this through support, education, and advocacy. See website for a list of services they offer.

The LGBTQ+ liaison, Officer Kristin Healy, an 11 year police veteran at the Brookline Police Department has created a resource guide listing crisis hotlines, health resources, community resources, and legal resources. The resource guide is linked above.

GLASS provides a continuum of services to LGBTQ+ youth of color and their allies in the Greater Boston and Greater Framingham areas. As a leader in LGBTQ+ youth services, we also provide education and consultation to other providers and community organizations.
